Abs Training Myth #5 The summer holidays are just around the corner...are you ready to get into your swimwear? Most people want to look and feel their very best before hitting the beach and baring all, so Im here to help you save time and not make the 5 most common mistakes that most people make that wastes their time and chances of success. Over the next 5 days I will be dispelling 1 abs training myth and offering a tip to give you better results. Myth #5: For best results train your abs everyday. Tip: The abs are just like any other muscle and the key is to expose these muscle to a variety of exercises that will hit all of the muscles of the core. You should also vary the intensity of the exercises, sometimes performing endurance, sometimes performing strength and other time performing power based exercise. Depending on what type of exercise you are doing will change how often you train the core muscles.
