Absoloutly nothing and no one is preventing the people of laventille from prospering. They have access to the same schools, government agencies, health and financial institutions. It seems that they (not everyone) lack the will or knowhow or foresight to improve themselves, their friends, their families and by extention their community so that they and their generations to follow can reap the obvious benefits. People of Laventille let common sense and decency prevail. The same message applies to every in this country. Have a blessed day. Keep your head in the clouds and keep reaching for the stars. Be proud of who and where you are. Look at the possibilities of progress, never hive up hope and never hesitate to help others for in doing so you are helping yourselves.
