Absolutely!!! Unless you are 1 of the 1 out of 3, you really truly do not understand it. You may think you do, but trust me you dont. All my life, I dealt with anxiety to some degree or another, but because of the joy I always found in a deep personal friendship with God, the Father and Jesus, our Lord and Savior, I had never known depression until much later in my life. Although, I lived and experienced a life from early on which could have caused me to suffer deep depression, I never had until about 10 years ago. Trust me when I say medication, therapy and a relationship with the Holy Spirit is the best combination of treatment possible.
