Absolutely cracking session today. Worked through the kata and bunkai and had a real good critique of each others form. No egos, no preciousness, just a real desire to improve our stuff. People whove been training for 20, 30 even 40 years who positively invite and encourage critique and discussion. No suggestion that they know it all, no settling for what theyre doing being good enough, just a genuine desire to improve their art. It is what Uechi is all about.
