Absolutely true! Friends, I think all of us would love to be happy all of the time, but really that is just not the way life rolls. Some believers get so wrapped up in their burdens and self sorrow they bitterly and resentfully walk away from God. Then there are those of us who truly do understand that each trial makes us stronger. We may not like it, but we understand it. We know deep in our spirit and heart of hearts that the harder we have to lean on Jesus the deeper relationship we develop with God. There is no doubt that even with the most faithful believer there are times our burdens weigh us down. But make no mistake that Gods Sovereignty rules over all. Some say they do not feel or see the Lord at work. The truth is if a person is not totally relying on God he or she is not going to see the Lord at work. I mean the Lord may do some miracle like He did in biblical times to help open a non believers eye. But for you to really grasp and want to experience the holy spirit at work, you need to learn to rely on Him wholeheartedly.
