Abu Dharr reported: I said, “O Messenger of Allah, what will save a servant from the Hellfire?” The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Faith in Allah.” I said, “O Prophet of Allah, what deeds must accompany faith?” The Prophet said, “He should give in charity from what he has been provided.” I said, “O Messenger of Allah, what if he is poor and he does not find anything to give in charity?” The Prophet said, “He should enjoin good and forbid evil.” I said, “O Messenger of Allah, what if he is unable to enjoin good and forbid evil?” The Prophet said, “He should work for the needy.” I said, “What is he is needy and unable to work?” The Prophet said, “He should support the oppressed.” Mu’jam Al-Kabeer 1626
