Abu ... you misread the response; the theological error is … “to interpret the Bible with the Quran.” The Quran is Gnostic, the Bible is not. - The New Covenant writings are the doctrines and theology JESUS GAVE to His Apostles. Jesus preached and quoted His doctrines and theology from the Tanak (Hebrew Canon), and the Apostles preached, taught, and wrote quoting the Tanak what Jesus taught them [Luke 24:44-45]; which we have in the New Covenant Writings [new testament]. What is written in the New Covenant Writing was “born” from the Tanak, and SOLELY from the Tanak.
