Abuse is not a legal right people have, it is a manifestation of multigenerational psychic illness and trauma shared through parental figures and communities. I wonder if increased Globalization and media presence improves our access to knowledge of trauma, war and abuse in ways that were not widely available before. The Faroe islands whale hunt is one such example where people all around the world can now witness how past starvation trauma has led a nation of people to defend a toxic, unethical and medically dangerous practice of eating whale meat and blubber, despite mercury content significant to damage a foetus, and hand slaughtering whales as an unecessary and gruesome right of passage. I hope to share more information on mental health, toxicity and abuse in the future as reason shows these interfere with cognition and mental performance.
