Knowing always that it is an opportunity to see how clear l am or conversely how attached or full of psychological fear. In truth It is grace, to give the opportunity to put metaphorically my money where my mouth is and just see how free I really am. This is the real acid test when the shit hits the fan how well can I surrender to whatever that translates into, and remain calm and centred when all around is collapsing, and full of uncertainty. Not to deny the machinations of the mind, but to not give any attention or power to those thoughts that would destroy rather than liberate.
