Access Bank must take the Title for the WORST online platform in modern day Nigeria. On more that 10 Occasions, I have transferred money from access to other banks using the mobile banking app and received an error message but still the funds were deducted. Now wait for the interesting part, you will think it has been sent to the account but nada. So if you have made a promise, you will suddenly find yourself unable to fulfil and look like a liar when you tell the recipient it has been sent. It gets worse, unlike some other banks like GT Bank where failed transactions are reversed almost immediately Access Bank does not reverse transactions. They will tell you with a smile that you have to wait 72hrs. I just wired money from there yesterday and the same thing happened again. I have called their helpdesk so many times, I can recite the routine blind. So just imagine a situation where you empty the account to transfer to another and the money goes missing....you will sit for 3 days unable to do a thing....just pray it does not fall on a weekend. Its just tooooo bloody annoying. They need to take their customers far more seriously. I understand that this is a common occurrence tooo....A lot of customers complain about this. .#OSFA #GetInvolved #TakeBackNigeria
