Access To Justice Photo Exhibition of ADHOC and Oxfam Access to justice is limited in Cambodia. High legal costs and the absence of an effective national legal aid system keep poor litigants out of court. In response to this, ADHOC set up its innovative Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program, with the aim to provide access to justice to Cambodia’s most vulnerable through out-of-court dispute settlement mechanisms. The photographs by Cambodian photographer Kimlong Meng, tell the stories of 12 people able to settle small scale conflicts through ADHOC’s ADR Program. These photographs and stories were on display at the Meta-House between 16 and 29 September 2014 jointly organized by ADHOC and Oxfam in Cambodia.
