Thanks to the rare combination of high torque and incredibly low speed (120RPM or lower), cutting through UHMW is hilariously easy--I cant even get the Bridgeport at work to cut most plastics satisfactorily, let alone via hand-feed. Not only is it stiff enough to do Titanium AND stainless at the same time, probably while Titaniums girlfriend watches from the bedroom closet while silently cursing her mother for being right between sobs muffled by a tastefully decorative pillow sham (in retrospect, Titaniums penchant for expensive clothes, Britney Spears and interior design was a clear giveaway)--it leaves the surface with an almost mirror-like finish on a single pass.
