According to Ayurveda rainy season is time for aggravation of pitta, the functional energy of our body dominant in fire element, and is primarily responsible for metabolism and digestion of food. Disease caused by pitta like hyperacidity, indigestion, skin disorders, hair loss and infections are common in this season. So to enjoy the monsoon avoid pitta aggravating foods like deep fried foods, junk food and meat. Avoid heavy, hot, acidic, sour (pickles, chutneys, chilies, yogurt, curry etc.) and salty food as it promotes water retention, indigestion, hyperacidity and bloating. Ayurved ke anusar barsat ke mausam me pitta ka prakop hota hai. Pitta hamare sharia ki veh karyatmatk urja hai jo ki agni tatva pradhan hai bhojan ke chay – apchaya evam pachan me mukhya bhumika nibhata hai. Acidity , twachake rog , apach, bal jhadna aur infection jaise rog pitta ke prakop ke karan is mausam me aam taur par dekhe jaate hain. Yadi aap is barsat ke mausam ka anand uthana chahte hain to pitta ko badhane wale khadya padarth jasie adhik tala hua bhojan, junk food aur maamsa ka sevan na karen. Adhik garisht , amliya, khatta(achar , chutney, mirch etc) aur namkeen bhojan se bhi bachen.
