According to Chief Bry Layrisson, on April 10, 2014, the Ponchatoula Police Department, Livingston Parish Sheriffs Office, U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Homeland Security Investigations New Orleans, Louisiana (HSI NO), as members of the Border Enforcement Security Task Force New Orleans (BEST NO) arrested Kyle E. Watts with a controlled purchase of approximately 43 .2 grams of methamphetamines. Watts drove from Livingston, Louisiana to Ponchatoula and sold approximately 43.2 grams of methamphetamines aka (Ice / Glass) to an uncover narcotics detective assigned to the BEST NO. WATTS, a two time convicted felon, was also in possession of a fully loaded.38 caliber revolver at the time of his arrest. Officials additionally seized approximately 12.3 grams of Methamphetamines, 5 individual doses of Alprazolam, a small quantity of Marijuana and articles of Drug Paraphernalia.
