According to Europeanist,Africa was a tabula rasa when colonisers arrived.They introduced educational system designed just produce workers sound in learning and skills indispensable to mordern bureaucratic and global economy and not character formation,which was the priority of priorities of African traditional education.They came with a public health system that diagonoses diseases rather than deliver a cure,had undermined traditional moral and social values without an effective replacement.
