According to Mukul Sinha, the man who tirelessly fought to bring the criminal Amit Shah to book three facts serving as irrefutable evidence had nailed him. 1. Phone call records. Tracking Amit Shahs phone calls in the days after Sohrabuddins death gave investigators vital information on his involvement. 2. The Patel brothers – Dashrath and Raman – let out information on the Minister. These men are successful builders and Amit Shah extorted vast sums of money from them. 3. The Popular House [a builders office] firing in December 2004, which is linked to Shah. Apparently, Sohrabuddin and Tulsi Prajapati handled the operation under the instructions of Abhay Chudasama, a senior police official who is linked to Shah. Sohrabuddin fell out with Shah and Chudasama after that incident and so they were out to get him. Today a judge in the Special CBI Court says there isnt sufficient evidence against Amit Shah to put him to trial! What can be a bigger travesty?
