According to The Guardian, the cost of rebuilding houses in the Philippines after the devastating march of Typhoon Haiyan is more that 3 bln EUR. The funding collected up till now is only 0.2 bln EUR, meaning it is not sufficient to provide houses for all typhoon victims and refugees. Plus there are delays in aid distribution and logistical challenges. Thus, more than 1 mln Filippinos are still homeless. Without cheap and easy-to-build solutions they will remain in this state for a very long time. In our attempt to help them we share and spread the solutions available on Dreamups in the community in hope that we find the ones able to build and use them in supporting homeless Filippinos. Please help us spread the Pallet Tube guide in your network. Or, if you and your friends are able to go to the Philippines and buld the Tube, please use the guide to do so. #Philippines #haiyan #homeless #solution #housing #impact #Dreamups
