According to a police report, Brian Floyd, who is missing in Yell Co. with his 10-month-old son, was arrested last week for making false reports to authorities. Brians family confirmed to officers that he has a history of mental illness, and the reporting officer described Brian as being in a manic state when he called 911 several times last week to report a burglary which did not, in fact, happen. KATV has also learned that Brooke Floyd, wife and mother of the missing pair, has been arrested for felony endangerment of a minor and hindering apprehension.
