A contested end could push it to between £3-5,000. Were not even approaching that. Id measure our voids in the hundreds of pounds not thousands. Proactive management and good friendly relations with our tenants keeps the operation slick and pleasant. The tenants are our partners in this relationship and if we are all on the same side, life is easier for everyone.
