According to his Facebook page, weve lost another CSNY-related sideman: Dallas Taylor. (This following the passing of two other greats, Tim Drummond and Rick Rosas.) Dallas powered early CSNY (check him out here--you can see him around the two-minute mark) and then Stills Manassas. When I interviewed him for a book about five years ago, he talked openly about his firing from CSNY and his subsequent struggles--which, heroically, lead him to become an addiction counselor. RIP, Dallas.
