According to international law,the great lakes reginal have right to modified Nile agreement which was signed between Egypt primer minister and British colonial representing Uganda,Kenya ,Tanzania ,Ethiopia and Sudan,which gave Egypt more than 50% of river Nile water.but now the great lakes reginal have right to make so reform ,also south Sudan as new independent country is trying to get is share in water resources.the next world war is about water resources.
