According to many suggester who wanted me to explain the terminology with the visual aid and learn about the Learned Helplessness clearly, today lesson is, Learned Helplessness: There many people in developing countries are having great misery from their situation. Especially the women who are easily get in trouble with that situations such as domestic violence so on and so ford. Hence, here is the technical term for those who struggling with that situation and try to get out of rids. The theory of learned helplessness was then extended to human behavior, providing a model for explaining depression, a state characterized by a lack of affect and feeling. Depressed people became that way because they learned to be helpless. Depressed people learned that whatever they did, is futile. During the course of their lives, depressed people apparently learned that they have no control. Eventually, the researchers tried to do experiment by putting the conditioned dog into a shutter box. They put trials to the dog to see how its instrumental behavior response back. And how the shutter box with the lock and unlock is impacting to the dogs. have a look of the consequences on Learned Helplessness.
