According to reports, two Los Angeles police officers were fired on by two suspects as they responded to a call around 9:20 p.m. Sunday. LAPD Detective Meghan Aguilar spoke to KTLA as investigators and tactical teams shut down a six-block area in search for one of the subjects. She explained that one suspect was in custody at the time and at least one firearm was recovered at the scene. The officers reportedly returned fire and were able to escape injury in the incident.
