According to some people being a bikini competitor in the fitness world is a joke!! (So ive been recently told) some feel it does not take hard work diet or dedication!! While I recognize that the other classes probably have to work a bit harder for what they achieve bikini is still a legitimate part of the competition and it still takes dedication and hard work!!! We still have to work our butts off and sacrifice daily! Before you share your opinion or judge recognize how hard we all work!! The best part of this is the negative comments always come from people who have never even attempted a show!!
