According to the Constitution, Bill ofRights and in explaination in the Federalist Papers, the federal government is limited and restricted to very restricted powers of defence of the nation as a whole with all other powers given to the states and individuals! This is called a REPUBIC! That being said, this opens up a discussion to question 1. Why and how did the federal goverment aquire so much power? Why do we allow them to gain even more power? 3. How do we regain the lost powers reserved for the state and individual? 4. How do we put safegaurds in to keep it from happening again? The answers are very simple but very costly! These are questions that everyone of us need to research and find the answers to, and then make the resolution to implement as a whole!
