According to the Vedic knowledge, practically in this particular age influenced with Kali, almost 99.99% percent of all living beings are involved with ignorance and passion, so to speak, they all are on the grip of impersonalism, For instance, one who does not obey the law of the State or the Government, is considered as a law breaker or a bad citizen or an offender.
