According to the W.A. Police Union, Officers shouldnt be backed into a corner like this. Kevin Spratt was tasered 9 times within a matter of minutes. He was on the floor surrounded by five or six police. He was writhing in pain on the floor and constituted no threat to any of the officers. How do we know this? Because the CCTV footage didnt disappear, like it did for the Palm Island case, and the footage got significant airing Globally via the Internet. Now sack those sadistic cops,give the brother justice and somebody in power over there tell the Police Union to let it go.
