We didnt punish those who torture and committed war crimes, so now American captives are paying the price. We journos told everyone that this was going to happen if Americans didnt stop torture. These are revenge killings for our war crimes. We need a lot of noise right now and about 200,000 people signing this petition. Stop what youre doing right now and ask your friends to sign it and get others to sign it. There are still about 20 journalists missing in Syria and more are captives. Silence is deadly. This is a small thing that you can do to show that you never supported torture. Innocent people critical to your right to know are paying the price for not standing up against our extreme violence.
