According to this mornings Irish Independent our Minister for Health earmarked a three million Euros fund for Autism in Ireland which is a lot less than they deserve. And now it appears that thus far only 300,000 Euros of the promised three million has released, all of which was allocated to his own constituency. This money is nothing other than his funding his personal vote for the next election. I cannot understand why he remains a Minister let alone a Minister for Health.
