Account balance emails were sent last night. It seems a few people thought they were on recurring, but were not. The online enrollment program has a section when you enroll where you change payment option to "yes" for recurring payments. The default is "no" to recurring payments. If you would like us to change your account to automatic draft from credit card or a bank account, we would be happy to do that. It actually makes things much easier for us and prevents us from having to add late fees to accounts. Keliann will be working tonight 4-8 if you would like to speak with someone regarding account.
