Accountability, Monitoring and Evaluation(A, M & E) Facilitator-CHIMANIMANI $ NEGOTIABLE A large NGO is currently actively looking for an Accountability, Monitoring and Evaluation(A, M & E) Facilitator to join their team. Responsibilities to include working with field operational staff and district stakeholders to lead the implementation of appropriate complaints and response and information provision systems in the district, and ensure its smooth operation. Monitor project implementation and progress of programmes by use of qualitative, quantitative and participatory approaches in data collection from stakeholders. Compile, record, file field level from monitoring tools and accountability systems using relevant and appropriate computer packages and information management systems. KEY SKILL Experience in conducting surveys/assessments Ability to speak ChiShona and SiNdebele and other local languages KEY QUALIFICATION A minimum of a Diploma in Social Sciences, Development, Education or related field 2 years experience in WV M&E and/or accountability systems Working knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, CSPro, EPi info and Excel) TO APPLY PLEASE FOLLOW THE LINK BELOW
