Accountablity Post. Breakfast= greek yogurt and water Lunch= spinich salad with egg, tuna, carrots, broccoli slaw, cheese, and lite ranch and 1/2 a pear. Snack= 1/2 protien shake (it got warm ..gag me!) and ONE little cherry sour candy that somehow I let slip in my mouth (fail)... Supper = 1/2 grilled turkey brat, broccoli, 1/2 cup ground turkey with salsa 1/2 cup cottage cheese......One kick boxing class and One Zumba class. And a crap load of water. Anyone else able to post up and be honest with me?
