Accountant - AP /AC Job Description Gathering, collecting various accounting data to prepare the financial transactions. Responsible for the A/P Module in the ERP Financial System. Preparing and recording prepaid expenses journal entry. Preparing cash flow actual sheet by the 5th, of each month. Update the transfers and Compass Plus sheets by the end of each month. Prepare the required bank transfer letters when required. Prepare the source deducted tax form no. (11) in the 10th, of each month and tax form no. (41) in the 10th, of the month following each quarter to governmental agencies, prepare necessary checks and make sure of receiving relevant payment receipts and file them in the relevant appropriate tax file. Receiving Daily Settlement Transactions from the Card Operation Department, make sure that fund is deposited in the relevant bank account and prepare necessary bank transfers for each payment schemes for every bank subscribed in the Settlement Process.
