Expected Hiring Date: 1st of Jan 2015 Duties: - Maintain all business records and financial reporting for the Egyptian operations including sales invoices, Purchase Orders, Purchase invoices and banking functions, to this extent : - Responsibility of processing, co-coordinating and reporting of the companies within the group : - Customer invoicing, payment and control - Accounts Receivable reporting - Supplier invoice processing and control - Accounts Payable reporting - Liaising with Project Manager / Country Manager on invoicing and payments - Project tracking, controls and reporting - Bank Reconciliations and cash flow monitoring - Purchase Order collection collation and controls - Asset tracking and controls - Balance sheet reconciliations pertaining to these companies - Collecting and analyzing financial information for the company - Book keeping in Oracle Software - Final review of Payroll of NRC EGYPT LLC, all related Egyptian tax declarations for employees, Census reporting and timesheet collections - Preparing all tax and social security declaration reports for review by BDO - Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts for NRC EGYPT LLC - Manage monthly close on a timely basis in accordance with timeframe communicated by NRC EGYPT LLC. - Prepare the withholding tax sheet every quarter - Ensuring that all Sales, Purchases and related Orders comply with the NRC EGYPT LLC approvals and authorities - Asses country manager in the annual budget preparation - Budget monitoring and re-forecasting - Monitor and control Insurance coverage for both companies - Prepare and assist in bid and modeling for new contracts and negotiations - Travel (local and international) as required - Ad Hoc duties as directed by the Country Manager, Project Manager, financial controller Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree in Accounting 2. Minimum 1-2 year of experience in the same field 3. Good command of English (read, written and spoken) 4. Oracle users are preferable but not required 5. Competent of Microsoft office and general computer skills 6.
