Accounting Assistant Job Description As part of the Accounting team of Gameloft studio in Yogyakarta, you will be responsible to: Journal Entry pettycash daily for JOG Studio Preparing journal entry account payable daily Preparing journal entry and take care advance/prepaid daily Preparing aging account payable weekly General Expense update 2 weekly Preparing intercompany payable report monthly Cash flow vs cash call per Dep monthly Bachelor or Diploma degree in Accounting, Finance or Administration. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance – General / Cost Accounting or equivalent. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Excellent command of Excel, Access and Macro in Microsoft Office. Familiar with database management is a must; a previous experience in such field is a valuable plus. Visual Basic literacy is a plus. Pro-active, very well-organized, and problem-solving. Good understanding and analysis of corporate organization. Rigorous, strong analytical skill, and logical thinking; good ability to interpret figures in a clear and understandable way. Excellent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (writing and speaking). Strong interpersonal and communication skill. High sense of responsibility and integrity.
