Accused. That would be a friend of mine in recovery. She wept, her heart torn. She hated that she faced a false accusation. She told me she felt betrayed. I told her about the accusations made toward Jesus. How people cried, Crucify Him. How He more than suffered for us. ~~ I shared with her how He knew/knows her pain and sadness. She allowed me to pray with her, hugged me and said, I am not a victim, I am a victor. And God knows my heart. I can get through this...I can. ... Declaring victory in pain shows a trust in God, no matter how much it hurts.
