Acheinu Bais Yisrael, As we go into shabbos let us remember that shabbos hi milizok... שבת היא מליזוק ורפואה שלימה בקרוב עולמו.... The power of shabbos is enormous and the merit of it can heal and send refuos to all in need. Shabbos is the source of blessings. שבת היא מקור הברכה... I worked very hard on myself to get to a place of loving shabbos and Baruch HaShem through a ton of tefillos and tremendous work and learning and yearning for it....I have reached that place. הודו לה כי טוב כי לעולם חסדו!! It is now erev shabbos, that I therefore ask you to please daven for the attached list of our dear brothers from the IDF that were injured while protecting and defending us; am Yisrael. Please also daven for all cholim. The power of tefilla is enormous and you are allowed to daven for cholim on shabbos.
