Acholi had best leaders in war time! Eloquent, vibrant, audible, united and smart! I remember Mao in Parliament! Okumu on radio mobilizing people to rebel against govt excesses! Did ably well. Bigombe and Ochora together with opposition setting Agenda for peace! The only undoing is that most were selfish! They destroyed rather than groom vibrant replacement as they expire! We need different strategies now. Mobilizing not for rebellion but for social, economic power that will grant political power in distant future! Aswa and Municipality need new not the old attack dogs who have been there for life. Unrivalled legacy of Mao and Reagan will be better replacement not bouncing back as rumoured.
