Act confident. While looking confident wont make you look more glamorous, it will effect how people perceive you. If you want to be perceived as glamorous, youll need to look like you think you are glamorous. You dont have to actually be confident but you do have to act like it. Most people, even if they seem really self-confident, arent actually, so dont feel bad. Dont constantly apologize or defer to other people. Dont criticize yourself or put yourself down. A little self-deprecating humor is okay though. Speak up for yourself, act friendly (especially with strangers and superiors), have good posture, and dont be afraid to do things that make you stand out.
