Act for Singapore Tharmans Fairytale: A Family With An Income of $1000 Can Afford To Buy A HDB Flat (Rest assure, Tharmans statement about the CPF is another fairytale.) You will only believe it when you hear it yourself, that a family with a household income of $1000 per month can buy a HDB flat. Somebody from the PAP should take up Minister Tharmans challenge to raise a family ..and own a flat with an income of $1000....otherwise this is at best a fairytale. Tharman has not shown us a living proof of what he claimed. It is small wonder that PAP has to depend on foreigners to prop up the economy. Perhaps the PAP should appoint someone else to manage the economy. One thing is for sure Tharmans statement about the CPF is another fairytale.
