Acts 4:13. Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus. Thought for the Day: Fellowship Brings Boldness Reflection for the Day: The Closer The Walk The Greater The Faith Peter and John created confusion in the minds of the Jewish leaders. They knew they were not professionally trained in the scriptures yet they spoke with boldness. They were amazed, but they did recognize that these men had been with Jesus. It was apparent that their fellowship resulted in boldness. How does one increase faith, how does one become bold enough to declare truth regardless of what others might say or do? The answer is clear, spend time with Jesus. As you develop a walk with the Lord, with time in prayer and in His Word, you will discover that your confidence will increase. The closer the walk the greater the faith.
