Guy: Why do you have an angel necklace? Me: Its a replica of a necklace a character wears in one of my favorite books. Guy: What books? Me: The Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare. Guy: Is that a fantasy? Me:Yes. It is. Guy: What kind? What about? Explain the world. Me: Um... There is this species of Nephilim called Shadowhunters... Half human half angel, and... they kill demons, and... its really good... Guy: *scoffs at me* Me: But the politics of the government of the Nephilim mirror a lot of the politics of our world. And the books deal with many social issues. So its good even if you dont usually read books about angels and demons. Guy: *looks really confused* Me: But to answer your original question, yes.
