Actual numbers of how much artists earn per stream on various streaming sites. Streaming has a lot of promise for the sustainability of the ever-evolving music industry. But at its current state, I cannot, for the life of me, ever understand when a sound engineer, producer, songwriter or performer says that Spotifys .006 (25 centavos in PhP) per stream model is acceptable. Say what you will about the service being great for music discovery, but you cant expect every music listener to play each of your tracks 150+ times, just so you can earn a living. Music is more valuable than that.
