Adam Carter Coach Carter Fitness and I caught up for a coffee this morning. Lets have a chilled Sunday workout, ya know a few fronts squats for strength....... nothing crazy right? Sure!!!!! Here I am performing the second round (so 10 front squats) of: 7 rounds in total A1 front squats (reps 15/10/8/4/4//8/12) A2 5 x strict chinups A3 5 x high box jumps Front squat weight gets heavier as reps get less. I was pretty smashed after this. The front squats for the two sets of 4 @ 65kgs after everything else in this session and a massive training week meant I needed a lie down afterwards! Loved it tho and loved training with Adam.
