Add these moves to your next work out for a little extra sweat! Remember its a new year and Im challenging you to step outside of your comfort zone and really work to push your work outs to the next level. I added this to my Insanity Max:30 Tabata Power workout. If you can try and add a little extra weight. Ive got my weighted vest on to amp up the calorie burn - if you dont have a weighted vest no worries do what you can and just go hard! My arms were burning and shaking when I finished this round - thats when you start to see changes! So push yourself! Comment below and let me know if you have changed things up! Tell me if youve increased your weight - jogged an extra mile - tried a new machine at the gym - added a few more reps - I dont care what it is I just want to know that your out there doing something! Xoxo Ive listed the moves to this circuit below just in case you want to give it a whirl... -Set timers for 50 sec on with 10 sec rest in between each move 1) one legged pogo with an upright row (R&L) 2) glute kickbacks (R&L) 3) elevated knee ups (xs 4 on each side) 4) V tuck (can do on the floor if you dont have a dip station or equalizers) 5) spider girl push up with knee tuck
