Addendum to Dear Diary: Even though dinner was easy enough, but per the usual, No one in this house ever eats at the same time which is fine by me. I like to eat my supper late, on a TV tray and in bed! Hmmm, might explain weight gain.....ANY who, kitchen almost clean, still waiting for huge pot o beans to cool down so can put them in the fridge and then bag them up to freeze tomorrow for a later date. All had a good meal and good friends around. Will Ed Staying the night, hopefully 2 so we can all catch up. Have 2 25-26lb birds in the ice chest in a nice water bath defrosting. Should have already had them defrosting, but storm threw me off by a day. One way or another, those birds will be un froze and one will be in a briny bath by tomorrow night! Did I mention that I really dislike winter holidays? Yeah, I really dislike winter holidays. On that note, Jesse and Will Ed may try and do some emergency furniture repair, Im gonna go feed the pups once more so they will go night night for a few hours, finish cleaning the kitchen, throw one more load of laundry on, and call it a night. Think Ill fix myself some nachos with lots of lettuce, tomato and sour cream! I can already feel the weight creeping up on my hips......sigh....such is the life lol. Puppies are awake, so guess I better go take care of my babies! I swear, their eyes blue eyes get bluer every day! Hear there is a 2 hour delay for school tomorrow so be careful out there all!
