Addersen International Limited is looking for a number of individuals to join the company as Principal Consultant/ Client Partner. Job description The Principal Consultant/ Client Partner is primarily responsible for both business development and the execution of executive searching assignments brought into the firm by Partners, Principals and himself/herself. He/she plays a potential Partner role in the search process – from consulting/ business development activities with existing and potential clients to supervision of the entire search execution process. The Principal may also execute the search assignment and while doing so, will ensure client satisfaction through timely and quality service delivery and good placement record with clients. Play a key role in competitive business bidding and proactive business developmental activities with the support of Partners. Desired Skills and Experience Strong interpersonal and excellent communication (both written and oral) skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin. Confident in making presentations at the executive level of clients’ organizations. Capable of leading or managing small team of professionals. Must be a team-player, good negotiator, go-getter and somewhat entrepreneurial. Good business acumen, strong sales mentality, possessing industry knowledge, good judgment, logical, self-motivated, tenacious, methodical, process-driven, has good initiative, is independent, influential, has good stature, able to handle multiple projects at one time and able to solve problems. A graduate from a well-recognized university. Ideally should have about 12+ years of industry experience and have had exposure to one or more of the industries which comprise the specialty concentrations of the firm’s practice. Ability to command respect from client and possessing credibility in search execution and in the industry are important assets.
