Adding public services in post offices by collaborating with other agencies. Dont privatize, its Americans constitutional right to universal service. Down size at the top, not at the bottom. Stop replacing decent wage career jobs with the low wage non career. Its costing more with the turn over and where will our Veterans go for careers after serving? Put internet kiosks in every post office to aid the individuals tracking their packages. Citizens should have access to shipping supplies and assistance, fax, copy, county and state services, notary, savings and much more public services in every community post office. Stop closing rural post offices and looking for dives to open so called Village Post Offices. Its not honest with the community with what they were intended to be. Simple financial fix for Congress to scrap the pre-funding mandate. They created this mess and need to make it right. Lastly, no pay for performance. It has proven to drive bad behavior and even falsification. It has no place in public service. cost of living increases and equal opportunity for advancement do, but only with audit and over-sight. Put together a panel representing ALL of the stakeholders for true input for reform.
