This Stream at every heavy downpour forcibly taken over all the lands around its banks, which some of the developers has claim as their own and fully develop it under the watch of Adenta Municipal Assembly. A case in study is the Picture above; this house in picture is located besides the Botwe Stream that flows across the frontage of Madina university lakeside Estate Japan police station. The space between the middle of Botwe stream and this house is 18feet which supposed to be 30feet. Five years ago a bridge linking Japan Estate last stop to other parts of the Area was washed away during a heavy downpour, five years back The Municipal is yet to reconstruct the Bridge. And look on while Developers in the Area take over the banks of Botwe stream. The Ignorance of law are not pardoned in the law court, it is time now before another heavy downpour for Adenta Municipal Assembly to resolve this issue by clearly marking out the banks of Botwe stream, send the offending developer to Court if Arbitration fails, launch a campaign to sensitize Developers in the areas the need to frown on encroaching on the banks of Rivers and Streams. The threat to life, Properties and national Economy, More over there is the need to create a buffer zone for this stream now before Adenta Municipal Assembly run out of lands.
