Admin Assistant Boksburg SGS - Johannesburg, Gauteng Description: MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB Assisting the business administrator –finance with all finance related tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES Check overtime monthly and submit to Head office Handling of petty cash Sending statements to customers Invoicing on the financial system Getting orders from customers and following up on orders Place orders on the financial system Generate and check Quotes and COD invoices on the financial system Sending supplier invoices through to Head Office weekly Travel expense claims Inputting Data on to Receiving (Management Tool) on a daily basis Assist with administration for leave and send documentation to Head Office Hand out payslips and assist with HR queries Following up on payments from customers (debt collection) Working overtime as and when required by workload Adhere to all quality and safety requirements of the SGS management system Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by management SPECIFIC AUTHORITIES Cease the use of any equipment that may be deemed to constitute a safety hazard or enter hazardous environments without the necessary knowledge and protection and report the situation to higher authority to take action. Cease to carry on with work that may affect the quality (integrity) of services and report the situation to higher authority to take action. Initiate a formal improvement request when a deviation of the system occurs, possible improvements are identified or when non conformity is identified.
